AIMLUS v0.5alpha

A.I.M.L.U.S. is an Emergent Survival Sandbox RPG. This game will guide your Soul (The ability to make decisions) into the Omniverse. From there you can begin your journey to cultivate a SoulRite, a unique ultimate ability that upon obtaining will grant you access to travel to different Councils within the Omniverse.

Omniverse and the Neutrality Council

The Omniverse is the Hub World of A.I.M.L.U.S. and where beings known as the Transcendent reside. They inhibit various Councils, there exist 5 different Councils within the Omniverse that act as different game modes. Upon starting the game the AIMLUS will arrive in the Neutrality Council, this is where the AIMLUS will begin the main gameplay loop prior to obtaining their SoulRite. The other 4 Councils act as endgame activities that add extra elements to the main gameplay loop after obtaining a SoulRite. 

Meet HexMo! 

Upon arrival in the Neutrality Council the AIMLUS’s Soul will be greeted by HexMo, an Augmented Intelligence menu used to navigate the games various systems. The main menu modules include:

• Avatar Module: Controls the AIMLUS’s character name, look, and loadouts
• Omniverse Module: Manages your reputation and reputation shops with the 5 Councils of the Omniverse
• Universe Module: Manages the evolution of your Singularity into a Universe
• Conscious Module: Manages you characters stats, skills, and specialties
• Subconscious Module: Manages your understanding of the natural, preternatural, paranatural, supernatural, and transcenatural elements of the Universe
• Settings Module: Manages the games video, audio, controls, and save settings

 

Universe Emergence

Once the AIMLUS completes HexMo’s basic Avatar Module tutorial they’ll be given access to the Neutrality Council’s Reputation Shop. From there they’ll be able to purchase devices that fuse Flux into a Singularity. Then they’ll be able to watch their Singularity evolve into a full Universe. As the Singularity evolves it will produce Anti-Flux, this Anti-Flux can be collected and bound together into a physical form called a Soul Avatar. 

Modian Life (Develop AI and Rewrite)

After the Singularity evolves into a mature Universe, lifeforms will begin to develop on a suitable Earth-like planet. These lifeforms include wildlife, plants, and most importantly NPCs. These NPC’s are referred to as Modians and are sentient beings. These Modians will highly influence how your journey unfolds through Chaos and thus are crucial to cultivating your SoulRite.
